Privacy policy

Creator Finder is an internal tool operated by flowKreator. Our team uses it to find YouTube creators who may benefit from flowKreator and to send them a small number of personal, human-reviewed messages. This page explains what we store about creators and for how long.

YouTube API Services

Creator Finder uses YouTube API Services to look up public channel information. Information we get from YouTube is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

What we store

• Public YouTube channel data, retrieved through the YouTube API: channel name, handle, description, country, subscriber count and basic details of recent videos.
• Public information from creators’ own websites, such as links to the platforms and stores they use. We only read pages that allow it.
• Contact details creators published for business inquiries (an email address or social media handle) and the page where we found them.
• Our outreach records: the messages we drafted and sent, when, and whether the creator replied or asked us to stop.

We do not sell this information or share it outside the flowKreator team and the email service we send through.

How long we keep it

• Data from the YouTube API is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
• After 30 days, the text of sent messages is removed and only the template IDs are kept.
• Our do-not-contact list is kept indefinitely, so that once you opt out we never contact you again, even if we come across your channel later.

Removal and opt-out

To have your information removed, or to stop all contact, contact us at our privacy address with your channel name or link. You can also reply “no thanks” to any message from us. We delete your data and add your channel and addresses to the do-not-contact list (which holds only what is needed to recognize you).

Team members

flowKreator team members sign in to use Creator Finder. Sign-in uses cookies to keep the session; we record which team member reviewed or sent each message.
